Blue Sky Property Services ("we", "us") is an owner-operated exterior cleaning company in Beaumont, California, serving the Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire. This page explains what we collect when you contact us and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote on this site, call, text, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property city or address, the services you are interested in, and your message. If you become a customer we also keep job notes, invoices, and photos of the work.

How we use it

• To answer your request and send you a quote.
• To schedule, confirm, and complete the work, and to send invoices.
• To follow up after a job — including a text or email asking for feedback or a Google review.
• To keep our own records of the properties we service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

By submitting the quote form on this site, or by giving us your mobile number when you book a job, you agree that Blue Sky Property Services may send you text messages about your quote, your appointment, and your completed service, including a request for feedback or a review. Message frequency varies — typically one to three messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business — website hosting, a customer-records and messaging system, and invoicing software. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We will also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The quote form uses a bot check. This site may use privacy-friendly analytics (page views and general location, no cross-site tracking). We do not run advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep customer records for as long as we service the property and as long as our business and tax records require. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Children

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
